About the Event
*Please note that due to unforeseen visa issues outside of the organisers’ control, guest artist Jali Musa Jobarteh is unfortunately no longer able to join the Jaliyaa Kumbengo tour.
The event will however continue as planned, and we are very pleased to welcome the exceptional vocalist Binta Suso to the line-up alongside Sefo Kanuteh & Meriya Band.
The evening will still feature the same programme of live performance, participatory workshop and cultural experience rooted in West African griot tradition.
